Why am I here…

Having a photography business has never been just about making money for me. In fact it’s far from it.

For me, having a photography business means I get to share my passions and creativity with the world. It means I am able to capture a moment for people that they will be able to keep forever.

I truly love to craft those moments that are more than just a photo - they’re an experience, and there’s something truly special about meeting new people and getting to know their stories, and then using this to curate these extremely special moments.

Photography captured my heart at a young age and it hasn’t let go since, and I will always be in awe of the power that photography has in bringing people together.

Where it started…

I started my photography journey way back when I was a little year 8 in High School. I started by doing film photography for 2 years, developing it all myself (which is alot harder than it seems) before I moved onto digital photography for another 2 years in college.

After I graduated college I took a little creative break. I’d been immersing myself in the world of photography for 4 years and I just needed to take a step back before I could dive back in again, because of course I couldn't stay away for long!

Business actually started a little bit by accident. I was helping out a friend who really wanted some family photos done, and I absolutely loved her daughters so thought why not?

I came away from the shoot and sent the photos through to her. She instantly got me on the phone to tell me this wasn’t just a hobby anymore, I had to share my skills and passions with the world!

For the next couple of months we sat down and got everything sorted, and now here I am.

I never thought photography was something that could be an end goal, or that I could turn it into a business, but that’s how my journey is turning out!

Photography truly is my passion so I’m so thankful for everybody who’s helping me build this dream!
